99-2015 Fueling Oiling System upgrade. This kit will upgrade you Twin Cam Motor to run up to 30% cooler and will also eliminate the problem spring loaded tensioner system that haunts the 99-05 Dynas. (99-05 bikes will require matching conversion cams to run this plate)
